Miss Heather found a doozy of a house on Judge Street in Elmhurst recently. I wonder if the guy who painted Doughboy Park lives here...I especially like the parking on the front lawn (illegal) where there is no curb cut (illegal). Take a look at Google Maps and see that the whole block is apparently doing it. Enforcement? Pshhhaw!
